Centennial Pediatrics

So I took my baby (my 4th) to centennial pediatrics for the first time yesterday... I didn't want to switch but because of insurance change we had no choice... my baby is 9 weeks and the nurse was not friendly at all ( which was a shock because everyone else was) the nurse took my babys temperature (rectally) and she started screaming in pain... I told the nurse to stop, she argued with me that all babies cry like this... my reply was umm I have 4 children and none of them ever screamed in pain now take it out of my baby, she then said "I used lube" at this point I was furious, she finally took it out my baby still screaming and my other kids telling the nurse that just 2 days before the er took her temp like that twice and she didn't even cry... I finally got my baby calmed down enough to nurse, and she was ok... The dr saw her and then it was time for shots... The nurse came back in and instead of allowing me to hold my baby (like I did with my others) she has me lay her down and then bends her knees over the bed and traps her feet down with her body... and gives her shots.... I called when I got home to let them know what happened and the manager was very nice, she apologized several times... she said it will be taken care of... my 2 oldest children go next week for a check up we will see if I feel any better about this place after that
