after moving to Murfreesboro because we lost almost all we owned because of Hurricane Michael , we were in desperate need of new furniture, we took a look in the Ashley store because we liked the look of what they had, people were very nice and helpful , great selection and so so prices.

we chose a new couch and chair/recliner, the couch we received in about 2 weeks but the chair took 30 days to get here (today), i went to attach the back flap correctly and noticed the velcro was not attached , the staples had came out, but upon closer investigation i found the left corner was broken and the side cracked, with a scabbed piece of wood attached to it ( see photos) in an attempt to correct it, they failed.

i did try to catch the men who delivered it , but they hauled *** they knew it was broken, and who ever at the warehouse did this made it easy to spot because they did not fix the material covering the damage.

2 attempts were made to get customer services to give me a date of delivery on a new one, i was very rudely told they have no idea by SABIAN, his supervisor would not even talk to me and was told go or call the store , that was even worse, someone always passing the buck. customer service sucks, personnel is the same, for very cheaply made furniture as you can see, pressed particle board.

this is not the same Ashley of my parents day for sure , there is no longer any solid wood, materials are cheap, quality is cheap, and service is even cheaper if that can be possible, i still have no idea when i will receive a new chair hopefully it does not take another 30 days, but i believe it will be longer cause they now have my money, is that not always the way of it,

now i paid for delivery , paid for the extra protection and damage service, i will be calling and reviewing the corporate office until it is fixed, Ashley supposedly #1 in the united states. no wonder everything comes from china, at least they have some standards, WHAT A SHAME ON ASHLEY FURNITURE

we purchased some furniture from Ashley Home Store in Murfreesboro, TN on Thompson Lane. At this time we are very disappointed in the furniture and the lack of not taking care of us and making it right. The Ashley Distribution Center is just as bad. They each send you to the other neither taking responsibility. If they make things right I will let you all know If they don't I suggest you never buy anything from them. The jury is still out to be continued........

The biggest issue we had was with Tammy with Acceptance Now which is within Ashley store. I have a job that is contractual and has a strange semi monthly pay schedule. My work schedule does not allow me to be timely in pretty much anything. Anyways, she called me and left a message saying I'm avoiding her and that it would be in my best interest that I call her asap. I reported it to corporate. I called her and tried to talk but she told me that I was a lier and that she going to have me removed from this store. At this point, I will never recomend this store to anyone because of the way o was spoken to.

We walked into Ashley Furniture and was greeted right away. Told the sales representative what we were looking for. Not only did she find what we wanted also gave us a great deal. I know I will be back to make more purchases.

We came into Ashley's looking for a couch and entertainment center, we were greeted as soon as we walked in , we told the guy what we were looking for he took us right to what we needed. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. We were in and out in less then a hour. We got our furniture on the scheduled date and time. The delivery men we fast and friendly also. We will return to this Ashley's!

We had a wonderful experience with Ashley Furniture. We found exactly what we wanted and the sales people were so very helpful. They made furniture shopping easy. They were very kind and went over and beyond to make our experience a pleasant one. This will become our number one place to purchase furniture from now on.

I had a great experience looking for furniture. I love the quality and comfort of the sectional couch we got. The bedroom furniture is an amazing quality. I love that it is real wood with dresser drawers that are made from cedar.

I bought a mattress and and new living room set from Ashley and am more than happy. Delivery came early and LOVE my new furniture. Will buy from them again!

Impressive service. Ordered furniture and received it within the week. The sales representative was great. She gave a good price for the furniture and shipping. I'll definitely shop here again.

DON'T buy from here if you have any sort of time frame in which you need furniture unless you intend to pick it up yourself. I was promised a 2-3 week delivery. I am now in my 5th week since purchasing my furniture. They said they can deliver part of my order later this week, but the complete order won't be ready for another 2 weeks?!?!?

I recently purchased 2 bedside tables and opted for warehouse pick up instead of delivery. The second one was on back order but arrived as promised. When I went to get it there was a mix up about assembly, but that was promptly taken care of; however, when it came out of the box, it was damaged. So to rectify the issue, another was reordered as well as delivery.

After suffering through the nightmare of Hurricane Katrina, and dealing with the hassle of replacing furniture, Ashley made this experience pleasant. They were quick and helpful at the store, and my furniture will arrive on the date I asked. I would have walked out had I been treated like I was after the hurricane. Ashley has beautiful things, and the price is good.

First of all, there prices were fair,but not one thing about this company is conveniant! Especially for people who are buying with money and not on credit. After I purchased my furniture they told me it would 2-4 weeks before I even got it. When they did call to set up delivery there was only 1 day a week that they are in my area. For that day I requested it be an afternoon delivery and it was scheduled by voicemail for an AM delivery. When I called them back I was told I couldn't be promised any kind of time frame for them to arrive. This is really crappy when you live alone and work at a job that you can't just up and leave at any time they call. I would not recommend this company for buying furniture from.
