        Not a hand car wash!

        I brought my new car there & you claim to be a hand car wash, but use a long bristle broom brush to scrub on cars. This process put scratches ALL over the clear coat! My husband was furious when I got home he could see the scratches! It took hours to buff & use a filler wax to cover the scratches!!!!!! Thanks a lot! We will never go there again!
