They are very nice to do business with! Always helpful.

I don't know if they've hired a new driver or what, but they've misdelivered basically ALL of my packages for the last month and a half. Sometimes I get lucky and the person they incorrectly delivered it to brings it by, but other times I've basically just thrown money away because, even after contacting them multiple times, they just can't seem to figure out how to deliver the mail properly. If I could somehow force people to only ship me packages via UPS, I would.

This post office has a serious problem. Packages get lost, they don't answer their phone. Even my Florida post office has been trying to resolve the issue of the package they lost (carrier had it at one point...hint...) and they won't even get back to my post office here!! Totally unprofessional. They aren't required to have GPS tracking, so things can just come up missing with no explanation. I think they need an elevated investigation into their customer service and delivery practices. TERRIBLE! I hated giving one star...0 is too high a rating for this post office!!!!

They always leave their phone off the hook intentionally so no one call call them with questions or concerns. Their delivery drivers will not even attempt to deliver packages just leave a slip saying you have to go pick up the package. I caught one leaving one of these "sorry we missed you" slips once and the delivery deiver even admitted he didnt have my package so basically they make everyone pick up their mail instead of delivering it as they are PAID TO DO.

Very displeased . My mail hasnt been getting to me for two month. Ive tried to resolve the issue twice to no end. I havent moved in fact ive lived there for 23 years.

they allow people who drive have severe hardship to have their mailboxes at there home on my block. I was approved last year and all sudden they lost it got another one for the two who live in home and then told me because I'm a driver I don't qualify. but allow rest to and they knew I drove last year. That is discrimination of a handicap driver and I have handicap tags and a handicap sign in front of home city put there, mail carrier too lazy get out and deliver it. Now find out been withholding my mail since the end of August.
