I would not recommend this company to anyone. They waited until someone put a deposit on the house we wanted to process our application. Then they offered another house that was beyond our budget as a replacement... completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

I would not recommend this company to any vendor or client. In my opinion they're very unknowledgeable and unprofessional. I gave the rating one star only because it was required in order to post this review.

I have been at Complete Property Care for over a year now and they keep exceeding my expectations. I refer them all of the time.

I have been a tenant of Complete Property Care for almost 4 months and I am very happy with the condition that my apartment is in. The manager is very nice and always available to talk one on one and they give you complete attention which I like a lot.

Terribly unprofessional company. The management are just some kids with no idea what they are doing or no where else to work. They advertised "Freshly refinished floors" that they just dumped poly urethane on and spread out. No sanding or refinishing of any sort. There were puddles of poly urethane dried all over the floor. Maintenance is joke. We waited 8 months on repairs to be made to "health hazard conditions" that included mold and leaking roof in 6 different places. Insulation in a bedroom. (instead of doing this right, they just installed a baseboard heater in a room that had heating duct work, therefore passing the cost of heating this uninstalled room 24/7 on to me, having to use electric and gas to heat 1 room.) Floor falling through in a spot roof caving from water leaks, etc etc. We contacted them 22 times all documented about issues we had, they had 6 maintenance appointments that they just plain didn't show up for. When maintenance did show up it was "just to see what was wrong" and never to return. We had maintenance install a dryer outlet in the basement that they said, "would not flood because it was up on a hill" which turned out to be BS. After replacing a couple parts in my personal dryer and even purchasing another dryer, thinking mine had gone out the problem turned out to be that maintenance didn't install the outlet correctly. Wasting yet again our time and money, and then after the problem was recognized it took them almost another month to fix it. To fix a gutter they tried to silicone 2 entirely separate pieces of gutter together and when that didn't work just left it. Every time we complained to the children running management we were met with the question "why did you rent the house then?" to which my response is always the same, "because we went through the house w/ a list of repairs that were to be made in a timely fashion upon us beginning our lease with the owner of the company." We threatened to withhold rent to which we got an immediate visit from management to see what was wrong. He promised, "repairs in a couple days of the health hazard issues." Never to be heard from again. Luckily I have all of these discrepancies recorded. This list hasn't even scratched the surface of the problems we have had with this incompetent company. Needless to say this is one of the worst property management companies in the country, and I for one cannot wait to rip them in court. We moved out after 7-8 months of negligence on their part. Do not even consider renting or buying from them. Just say there name around town and see what others have to say if you don't believe me. Completely unprofessional and untrained.
