Very impressed with the service I received. Had a problem with my boiler ventilation system almost every winter. My boiler worked great but I would always have ventilation failure and we would be stuck with no heat in the dead of winter. I was very discouraged and frustrated because ive had almost every HVAC/Heating company in my Mukwonago area perform work on my unit with terrible results. This was until I contacted Vincent Plumbing and Heating in Mukwonago. They came to my house and diagnosed and explained the issue in a timely manner and gave me several options to consider. They were very thorough, considerated of my time, knowledgeable and took care to explain, in layman's terms, what the issue was and some different ways to resolve. They gave me short and long term options that were within my budget. Once we decided on a resolution they worked diligently with my boiler manufacturer and suppliers to get a hard-to-find ventilation unit that was designed specifically for my boiler unit (my original ventilation system was not). This new ventalation system not only allows my boiler to run more efficiently but it also runs quieter now and requires much less maintenance! Vincent Heating and Plumbing saved me thousands down the road and finally fixed my headache boiler issues we have experienced every winter since buying our house. Highly recommended!!
