        Even 1 star is too much for these guys

        Last week my car broke down on a freeway. I called Mountain View Towing as they were the first result here on Yellow Pages. I waited on the side of the freeway for one hour. I called them again and they told me they will not be able to make it because they have to go to some other accident. Absolutely worst customer service. They guy on the phone was very rude as well. Had to call a different provider who showed up in less than 15 min.



        Stay away from them.
