Reddix Heating & Cooling

Great company. My daughter was in the hospital having a baby when her air conditioning quit working, in July. Darrell came out immediately and found the problem. He ordered parts and had it fixed before she brought the baby home.
Very friendly.

We have old units both air and furnace and have had Mr. Reddix and his team here to work on both of them . We have been nothing but pleased with there work and professionalism. There very knowledgeable and professional with all they do . An all around great team .

Worked with Mr. Reddix on replacing two furnaces in my home near Mt. Sterling. They really went out of their way answering all of our questions. Not sure what happened with the other reviewer here but we had a great experience. They showed up when they said they would and we're very professional. This is a small business and owner run, I appreciate that feel. I'd recommend.

TERRIBLE service. Was billed for services they did not even perform. Would not show up when they claimed they would and usually would not return phone calls. At one time, was left almost a full week without heat in the middle of the winter, due to their terrible customer service. When confronted with the issues, was told by the owner to take my complaints and "shove them up my a$$" -- call anybody but these guys.
