Extremely effective therapy on my frozen shoulders. Kind and capable therapy that always runs on time. Very efficient.

poor hospitality. but, did help my shoulders. if, you're old i would recommend. if, you're a woman i would recommend. seemed to be a personality conflict between myself and the women who work for this physical therapist group.

Lynn Snyder DeStefano, PT earned her Physical Therapy degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in 1989 after completing her undergraduate work at the College of Charleston. She has been with Olympic Physical Therapy since 2011. Previously, she was an owner of a private practice for ten years, worked in Hospice, and also worked at Bishop Gadsden Retirement Community for ten years. Her clinical areas of interest include Geriatrics, vertigo, musculoskeletal injury rehabilitation, and general orthopedics. She is married with two children and enjoys paddle boarding and surfing.

Aquatic Therapy
Ruth Hurley, PT earned her Physical Therapy degree with honors from Temple University. Her physical therapy experience includes different aspects of adult rehabilitation, including neurological, general orthopedic, and musculoskeletal injury rehabilitation. She also worked with special needs children as a school physical therapist. She was able to incorporate Hippotherapy and Aquatic therapy into her patient rehabilitation programs. More recently she has focused her therapy work in Geriatrics with a focus on helping her patients transition into a wellness-based exercise program after therapy. Ruth is married with four grown children and lives in Mount Pleasant.
Manual Therapy
Individualized therapeutic exercises, home exercise programs, manual therapy techniques including soft tissue and joint mobilization, therapeutic activities, neuromuscular re-education, gait training, functional performance testing, and balance training are among some of the interventions used at Olympic Physical Therapy to improve the health and wellness of our Physical Therapy Patients and Wellness Program clients.
