KB Cleaners

been there 8 years but the past year has been horrible. They have lost a large order of mine and just looked at me like I was the crazy one. They have always been pricey but location was convenient. Not sure what my next step is but I would stay away from this place.

I really wish I had read the reviews before taking an expensive tablecloth to KB.

The other 2 very negative reviews here echo my story. They ruined my tablecloth, taking no responsiblity for it, avoiding phone calls, and refusing to even return the $15 dollars I paid for the cleaning.....at minimum. The manager was never in the store or available to resolve problems. Stay away if you want a reliable cleaners with business ethics and willingness to make customers happy. I, too, wish there were a 0 or -1 rating!!
