Hibben Ferry Apartments

I have lived in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina my whole life. The last few years I have resided at the Hibben Ferry Apartments. To be honest I was a bit sad moving from my town and apartment. Through the years I had made many friends and business relationships. I'll definitely miss out on the friendly staff who I just adored and feel like I owe my life to them for all the tremendous work they have assisted me with. Thank you Hibben for the lovely years!

If you're apartment hunting in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, look no further because I highly recommend Hibben Ferry Apartments, about a few minutes from Hwy 17, the Mark Clarke Expressway, Downtown, and the beautiful South Carolina beaches! You'll feel like you are at a luxurious resort but at an affordable price! 5 Stars!

I am a previous resident of Hibben Ferry. I lived in the Mariner on the second floor with my 3 1/2 year old daughter. The property manager, Kathy, gave me a tour and I fell in love. My daughter and I explored every inch of the property. I loved the gazebo and dock. The playground, dog Park, and tennis court. We both met so many nice neighbors who became our friends. My daughter and I were all alone and had no family, but we found a family at Hibben Ferry.

I have never seen a property manager and maintenance staff goes above and beyond the call of duty. Ms. Kathy works so hard to make Hibben Ferry a wonderful place to live. She is amazing and really cares about the residents.

The maintenance staff, especially Andy, is top notch. I literally made a list of a bunch of small things I needed fixed or looked at in my apartment. Andy took care of all my concerns. I always see Andy all over the property rocking and rolling. He works so hard.
