Burger King

The only reason I am giving this 1 star is because there isn't an option for a zero or a negative integer rating. It is a minor miracle if one's order is ever correct, and I will believe that Elvis is still alive before I ever believe they have a working shake machine. I have made several attempts to contact the franchise owner about these concerns, but it would appear that they are as scarce as the mythical, supposedly-existing shake machine. Tonight's exercise in frustration and anger was the last straw. We left the drive-through and went down the road to willingly hand over our cash to Sonic. Remember that fast-food scene from the movie "Falling Down?" It's slacker businesses such as this which lend such creative ideas to writers.

My husband ordered 2 whopper Jr with cheese, no onions and a plain cheeseburger. We received 1 whopper Jr no cheese with onions, a whopper Jr with cheese with onions and no plain cheeseburger. We left the whopper Jr issue go but he went back to get the PLAIN cheeseburger. He came out with a cheeseburger with everything on it. We then witnessed another customer taking his order back in. First and last visit!!! Enough said!!

On my lunch break, my family and I went to the BK in the Mt. Pleasant towne center. We ordered 3 whoppers w/ cheese and no onions, and two chicken wraps: one grilled and one crispy, both with no honey mustard and add mayo. (We also had some fries and drinks, but no complaint about those.) The first issue was with the chicken wraps. They had honey mustard on them. This was okay by me, mistakes happen. So they took them back and remade them. Well, when I got them back, instead of actual chicken on my wrap, each wrap had a half of a chicken patty on it!? I have a photo of this. While all of this was going on, my stepdad started gagging, he is allergic to onions! It turns out that half of his whopper had onions on it. The burgers looked old and messy anyway and it was hard to even see if there was onions, so we are assuming at this point that someone just tried to pick the onions off and missed some. The burgers were also cut in half. We told the manager about this entire ordealand she had absolutely no regard for the fact that my stepdad's throat is swelling up and he is vomiting in the restroom because of the mistake made. The cook just gave a very insincere, "Sorry" and then they both went back to work. My family and I have always loved BK, but this is the worst experience that we have ever had at any restaruant. Mistakes happen, that is understandable, but then when given the chance to fix the mistake it comes back even worse. Also, for a manager to not even care about customers or the product being served is just ridiculous. We would like to find a way for this to be resolved. I would truly hate for someone else to go throught his same experience. Something needs to be done about the crew at this particlar BK. We will also be contacting corporate about this. This situation was life-threatening! If he had taken one more bite, he would have bit into a HUGE onion and he would have suffocated before making it to an emergency room.
