they arrived on time. very friendly and took very carefull attention to my furniture. Both the furniture and my carpet looked great !! I'd recommend them to anyone.

Cheaper is not better. They come to your house and use YOUR hot water to fill this huge contatiner and proceed to wet your carpet. They do not ask if you approve of the work after completion. I was inspecting the job and the guy was packing up, I had him reassemble his equipment because my carpet was still dirty and he did, but he made suer to let me know that "high traffic areas never really come clean". Isn't that what I was paying for? Well, 1 day later my carpet had a bad odor more noticeable after coming in from outside. I called the owner and he stated that he could come put and fix the problem at 4 pm. I called to confirm the day of the service and he stated "someone would be out", well I am still waiting and no one is here. Please use Stanley Steamer or do it your self.
