Universal Nail Studio

I've been getting my nails done every other week since they opened. My nails were thin and had been damaged at another salon. Ben takes amazing care to make sure my nails stay strong and healthy. I consistently get wonderful comments from people regarding how beautiful they look! A trip to Universal is a treat to myself! Thank you, Ben!

Went here because a friend recommended it and it is close to my house. Saw the owner Ben, and couldn't decide between two colors. He started to put one on my nails (did 3 nails) and I told him I didn't like the color. He got angry while he took the polish off, and the friendly conversation then turned cold. He told me somebody did the same thing to him the day before. Are you kidding me? For 20 bucks we aren't allowed to decide a color is not for us without attitude. I will go back to modern nails in centerville and pay a little more and drive a little further to avoid this irrational angry attitude!!! The holly he painted on my nails looked like a child did it.
