If I could do 0 stars I would for this piece of garbage. What a scum bag. Avoid this rat!! He's an amateur who has done nothing but steal from homeowners, subcontractors and creditors. He will lie to your face and then not pay what's owed. I unfortunately did subcontracting work for him and three years later (and a bunch of excuses) I'm still owed over $2000 for work I was never compensated on, despite our written and verbal agreements. He's screwed over so many people and owes so many people money he had to relocate to Colorado. Apparently no one here trusts him anymore. Wonder why? Avoid this lying, stealing piece of trash. Pay your bills Jeff. Karma is a B!!

Beware. I paid $3000 for a design that was never delivered. I kept getting excuses why owner couldn't meet face to face to complete the design. He was being sued by his neighbor and had to move. Did not remember what was said meeting to meeting. Person he has working for him in Morton is incompetent. He promised a drawing with structural engineering review and all I got was a partially done drawing in google sketchup that I cannot use. He prayed about some kind of refund but God told him he couldn't do it. A real Christian would not act like this. Beware. I could not figure out how to give 0 stars or -1.
