July 1, 2018.This was the absolute worst tasting Chinese delivery I have tasted in my entire life. I ordered Bourboun chicken with shrimp fried rice and a small. Every piece of chicken had a burn mark on it and tgats all I could taste. BURNED MEAT!! It was the worst. The shrimp fried rice was chucked with peas and carrots. If you have ever had good fried rice you know that it doesnt include peas or carrots. I could have made this better at home. The lo me in smelled either rotten or like the shrimp wasn't washed and just dropped in the wok frozen. I almost hurled. I didn't even borrow calling back because I did not want the guaranteed fight. I have never had a good experience at a Chinese place if inneed my order corrected. I will never go here again and it anyone reads this I strongly recommend that you do yourself and family a favor and not buy here. I know a few places in tge metro area and I will only go them if i want this kind of food.

Service Matters! I'd give the food here a C+ to B- on average if you get there around the noon lunch hour. It's loaded down with onions, garlic, salt and other spices to cleverly disguise the fat content of the lower quality meats they have to use to offer such low prices. And they are masters at it. Because your taste buds are totally fooled by all the salt, fat and spices. But because it's mainly a buffet style restaurant if you get there an hour after lunch the food starts to dry out and the owner rarely throws anything away.

The prices are great! for the amount of food you get which is the main reason people go there. But the service is totally unprofessional depending on who you are. Which is why they have such a low star rating. Even though the vast majority of their customers are African American the few employees that work there are either Asian and White. And they are overly friendly and chatty with some customers (which wastes the time of customers in line behind them) or arrogant and rushed with others who dare complain about it.

Overall if you like highly seasoned and (sometimes leftover) Chinese food at the best bang for the buck price, but don't care about the service or others in your community this may be the place for you. But I won't be back anytime soon.

If I could give less star I would give negative stars. The manager is rude give me the wrong food and was so disrespectful when I showed her she was wrong. I work at Public next I manager and deal with customer and the customer is always right . You don't get attitude bc you made mistake with customer food .. 4 orders of $40.00 wrong . I will never go back! I'm told the serve dog.. I'm disgusted!!
