They answer the phone on the first ring, they confirm your information, they are ALWAYS on time, and their rates are lower than anyone else. If you need to get somewhere these are the ONLY people to trust. Period.

I've got over 3 million miles in the air and every trip began and ended with a ride in vehicle with 4 wheels so you could say I am a bit of an expert - a tired one at that! Over the past months I've used these folks 11 or 12 times and can honestly say that no one provides service like All-Points. Not only are their rates reasonable but their drivers are professional - clean cut, pressed shirt and tie, and they don't make you walk in the rain to wait for a vehicle. The driver meets you in the terminal at the security exit and carries your bags! No phone calls when I land - they know when my plane will land (I never do!). Never been late, always a new, clean vehicle, and they take the extra step. What's the extra step? Well, after being stuck in Copenhagen for 2 days I finally came in from New York at 11:30 pm on this past Christmas Eve, and I wan't even going back to Zebulon - as my family was at my In-law's in Pinehurst with my children! Talk about service - while All-Points gave their employees Christmas off (I guess that is a cultural thing since no one else seems to respect their employees anymore), I was actually met by the owner of the company! (No doubt he got home around 3:00am on Christmas morning). I asked him why he met me rather than ask an employee to do it. He said simply 'it's the right thing to do - I wouldn't dream of asking my employees since they give it their all every day and as a company we will never let a client down. And, while I'm a little beat I still take pride in providing the service we promise to provide'. He did look a pretty tired when he dropped me off but he was still smiling when he brought my bags to the door. He said 'Merry Christmas' and returned the $50 bill I tried to lay on him, and said 'tis better to give than to receive - we'll see you next trip, and thanks for being our client'

The first thing that struck me was that I was able to call and speak directly to a booking agent. The agent was very professional, extremely helpful in planning my transportation needs and very concise in her quote. The driver showed up on-time, provided exceptional service. I'm usually pretty nervous letting someone drive me around, but I felt at ease in their vehicle. I can't recommend them enough!
