Best of the best!

I bought glass shower doors from Deluxe Windows & Doors two years ago. The guys came the next day to take all measurements and in a short time I got great shower doors. They did everything very quickly but carefully and nice! I'm very satisfied with Deluxe Windows & Doors company!

Skylight Repair/Replacement
I would highly recommend using Deluxe Windows. I did a tear off on my roof, extended my soffets, replaced my skylights and installed ridge vent. His guys were clean and professional. They did a great job. Their prices could not be beat. Worked with Vinny, who was great and walked me through the whole job. Would not hire anyone else!!! Thanks for a job well done.

I'm more of a 2.5 because I can't decide. We almost love the work and money that was poured into the outside of our home. I was super happy with Deluxe...at first. Our salesman was great. He was professional and personable. He was the reason we decided to use Deluxe. Everything was set in place, they got us on the schedule as soon as possible.The siding guys were really nice, very respectful. They worked quickly. I noticed a few things about the siding where it was rippled and Vinny came out to take a look and he said he would have it fixed. They came back but I still see a ripple.The windows guys were great too. They completed the job quickly, got the job done. That's where my issue comes in.They neglected to mention until I noticed while making my final payment, one of my shutters wasn't on the window. "Oh, it didn't come so one will be here next week or something". I know it isn't them so I held back on being frustrated.I waited and waited for a call about when the shutter would be in, it took 2 weeks with my husband calling and emailing. That's when we were told the window was smaller than the others and they ordered "custom" shutters. We got the "custom" shutters about 4-6 weeks after that. ALL of my neighbors think the house looks great but...Finally, the shutters came in. The guys hung them while I was home working and I kind of forgot until I got home and saw the shutters were about 2" short on each end from the window, where the others were the same size. So much for "custom".My husband handled communication with Vinny but he said it wasn't custom just the size that works or the other would be too big. I asked him to come by to discuss. He did not. Now, I have been working from home so if he stopped, I would've seen him. So weeks go by and I am annoyed every single time I pull in my driveway. THEN this week, I notice a piece of siding by that window is falling off, in the corner. My husband emailed Vinny and said that it was falling and requested a fix. He mentioned about not discussing the shutters back when but his reply was that he stopped by and it looked fine. Well, its my house, so whose to say its fine because I hate every time I come home. I should decide whether I want shutters too big or too small. I would've liked the option. I prefer the "custom" he told us we were getting to match the window but since we don't get that, I have to deal. I am so annoyed every day I come home to see it. Now, I wait to see how long it will take them to fix my siding that is falling off. I spend SOOO much money and instead of enjoying it, I am annoyed by it. That really stinks. They had a 5 star until the shutter incident. And that is why I held off on reviewing until I saw how this all played out. I can't say I'd recommend them at this point.Pic shows the ripples in 1 spot, the shutters, and the falling siding.

Window Installation/Replacement
After interviewing a few different companies, we decided to go with Deluxe. Our sales consultant Scott was very courteous and professional. He answered all of our questions and provided us with a few different price options. We absolutely love our new Pella vinyl replacement windows. They offered us a payment plan that we could afford so were able to reside our home as well. Manny & his crews are excellent! They did an amazing job!! They were all friendly, efficient and cleaned up well. I am blown away that in less than a week the entire project was completed. The owner Vinny also gave us a call to see if we were 100% satisfied and we couldn’t be any happier. Highly recommend!
Siding
Vinny and his team of workers did a wonderful job turning our house into a home. We had the siding done as well as replaced five windows. Vinny is a true professional. He stood behind everything he said would get done within the time frame he said. Deluxe Windows (Vinny) was not only the best price but by far the most personable. His Brooklyn work ethic and personality made him the right choice for the job!
Residential Roof Repair
Lance Feldenkreiss Deluxe windows is great to work with. We had all of our 30+ year old windows replaced. Scott was very helpful with helping me picking out my windows, explaining all of the options, and discussing financing. He was very comfortable to talk to, he didn't pressure us at all. We decided to make a change to the style of windows we bought and they were very accommodating. The installers had a good plan, moved and replaced things as needed, cleaned up after themselves, and paid attention to detail. Everything was communicated well from start to finish. I will probably be using this same company for roofing and siding when those projects come up. Thank you!
