I rate the product I received below a 1 star and because I see a review from 10/2015 that has the same complaint as mine, it is apparent this company does not care. My Lidocaine patches were changed by my pharmacy in 6/2016 and they are absolutely horrible. They do not have adequate adhesive. They feel like cheap paper once applied, they wrinkle and fall off. I have been in tremendous pain for a month because my insurance would not allow a refill. This product is not inexpensive.

I received Mylans Licocaine patches and they are by far the WORST product I have ever

used !!! They are clear and thin and stick together . When I finally got one. On they are soooo cheap they fall off in a matter of

seconds !! I had one fall off while cooking and that is sooo unsafe !!! A small child or animal could get very sick if handled !!!

I call the company and am told a replacement can be given, why would I want the same horrible product again. When I asked for my money back they said no!! They sent my complaint to the quality department and said it would take up to 3 months to even receive an answer !! What answer could they possible give me for the useless product I can not use!! I have severe pain so what are they doing in this business if they can not relieve it with a product that is so faulty !! Shame on them!! They are trying to pass these patches off as Lidoderm patches This has to stop with these companies getting away with robbing patients who need help !!

Mylan is now the only company that produces diltiazem. So guess what they did? Raised the price from $50 to $100 in ONE YEAR. Go blow yourself, Mylan.

I have been on these patches a long time, from 25mgs to 50mgs for chronic pain. They are suppose to stay on for 3 days. I am so tired of these patches falling off before it's time to change them!! Sometimes even by the end of the first day! Again this month I have had 3 come off, 2 in 2 days and 1 in 1. And of course it is impossible to get anymore, which makes the end of the month unbearable! I have tried many things over the years, including large clear patches through my dr. That didn't stick over them either, and covering them with clear packing tape and duck tape that left me with terrible sores. I would greatly appreciate any recommendations you might have to assist me with this problem! Thank you. Joan Cool man. 517-899-5907
