Brian patronized us and was very unprofessional. He installed a couple of units at a rental we're renting. The A/C only works occasionally. The landlord called him in to come look at the system and he had a bad attitude the whole time he was walking through our house. When we would try to talk to him to tell him what was happening, he would cut us off mid sentence and wouldn't listen. He made excuses and tried to act like we didn't know how to run a thermostat. Very peeved by this guy. I guess since we're the renters and not the homeowners paying his bills he thinks he can disrespect us. Negative pal. Get some customer service training.

After spending $4000 on heating fuel oil last year, my wife and I decided to replace our 1980s model fuel-oil boiler with a high-efficiency gas boiler. We called several companies, but Brian at B & L Heating and Cooling responded first, and with the lowest installed price for a quality unit with a great warranty. Brian’s installation was fast, neat, and beautiful! He clearly explained how to operate and maintain the boiler, and promised that we could call him any time if we had any questions. Great Guy!
