Phone is constantly busy, regardless of what time of day I call. No way to complain without visiting post office.



Lost a package, according to tracking it appears to be sitting at their post office and hasn't moved in over a week. Cannot get hold of them as to why it isn't moving.

Omg worst attitudes and energy to even help anyone let alone do there jobs.I call n call n always busy i schedule pick ups and they dont show up n mailman or mail women complaining of picking up packages .I went to a neighbor city post office and OMG total night and day BEST service ever.Seriously looking to move cities.City says shop in moreno valley.YEAH ok NOOO

The Moreno Valley PO on Alessandro Blvd has no business even opening the doors. I put in a change of address almost 1 month before I left NC. Not only did the MV PO screw up a simple concept, they boldface lied to me about my mail being held for 10 days pending me coming into the post office to give them my ID to get MY MAIL IN MY PO BOX. THE WORKER THEN LIED AGAIN TELLING ME MY MAIL had been returned to sender. EXCUSE ME, WHAT?? What is the purpose of doing something in advance, only to have some BONEHEAD postal worker not only lie to your face but do it with such contempt and attitude. Praise GOD I only have to use this PO (Moreno Valley) a short time or I WOULD GO POSTAL!!!!!!! I went back 2 days later and LOW and BEHOLD there was ALL my mail with a large black note saying "10 day hold". "HALLELU WE'VE HAD A HEALING" Total incompetence and that my friends is our Federal Government at work. I tried to find out IF there was a Supervisor to speak with and THAT was an exercise in futility. They do not deserve even one star but they make you give the business at least 1 star; which this PO DOES NOT DESERVE!!!! If the private sector ran a business this way it would be very short lived.

package i sent is being held. I called number several times and always busy. Trying my luck with the 800 number now.....boo.

I sent an overnight package from Tampa to Moreno Valley, and everything went according to plan, until the package arrived at this facility. I tried calling them to see what the problem was, but could not get through. I got a busy signal for hours!

It was a 3:00 pm guaranteed delivery, which they missed as of now. Who knows if it will ever get there.
