Brady's Automotive

I've never had a serious problem with this automotive shop until today. I've gone there for a couple years and have referred other people as well. They do good work; only once before today they did perform work on my vehicle without my consent first.



Well, today was the worst experience I've ever had there. As the last reviewer stated, the mechanic is unprofessional yelling no customer skills and front reception person has insecurities and no people skills. I was personally attacked. I didn't know it was wrong to ask detailed questions about the work and once again, they moved forward on work without consulting me first. I will never recommend them to anyone ever again. They lost a customer.
