Deals Glass Service

When we called Deals Auto Glass service, we were immediately assisted by friendly staff. They asked a few questions about my cracked front windshield, requested my insurance info and we scheduled an appointment by this one brief phone call.



.The office I called was in Kannapolis and since a crew was already servicing a vehicle in the Mooresville area on the next day, we scheduled a time a place for the crew to meet me in a local parking lot.



What really was impressive, however, was the service on site! The crew of 2 arrived exactly on time and replaced the windshield on my 13 year old car within an hour. The 2 were extremely knowledgable, professional, neat in appearance and advised me on just how they were to complete this operation. They told me it would only take a short time to replace my glass, and if I wanted, I could go to one of the shops in the shopping center and they would call me by cell phone when they finished. I walked to the coffee shop nearby , sat inside and observed them from parking lot. They went right to work and finished quickly and expertly.......GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, PROFESSIONALISM AND EXPERTISE!
