I was searching for some therapeutic relief for my worn out body. I had just moved back to Mooresville after having been in the Boston area for over 6 months. Driving 13 hours in a UHaul and then emptying the 14 foot truck that night left me totally wiped out. I started looking for a massage that week. I had never been completely thrilled with other massages I had received in this area. I saw Lydia's lawn sign and said, "That's the place!" I chose Alight Wholistic for the name of the practice as well as the very convenient location to my home. I received an intuitive therapeutic one hour massage. I enjoyed the simple yet upscale feel of her place as well as Lydia's down-to-earth approach. The big result we achieved was TOTAL relief from my exhaustion and a true sense of having been re-balanced. It was just what I was needing!
