The building process was very good. Unfortunately, the detail work in the finishing was substandard. We went with a polished concrete floor which was of poor craftsmanship and looked nothing like the originally planned floor. There were large cracks, pitting, uneven finish, and aggregate showed throughout the floor which was not supposed to happen. Unfortunately, the builder was not willing to fix to our satisfaction and a warranty claim was warranted. Also, our projected exceeded the time limit and required a lot of management on our part to get things done.
