Fireplace Center

They are very busy and it may be a bit difficult to get a service appointment. But once they came (Mark), quickly figured out what was wrong and he did a very professional job fixing our fireplace. He even came out on a Sunday afternoon to fit us in.

Had 3 appointments to have gas logs burner serviced, no show 3 times! No way to run a business. Each time I called, had a very lame excuse why he didn't show up. Go somewhere else!

Called on Sunday around 1pm. No answer, no machine. Still in Business or hours of operation....I still don't know.
