Josh was our tech and he was awesome. Super friendly and professional. Explained everything before he did it. We had a loose wire at the air conditioning unit that we didn’t even know about but he fixed it for us. He even offered to replace any bulbs if we needed them replaced. My water heater of course became a cold water heater late Sunday after noon. I called Air Comfort just to put my name on a list for possible date of service in a week or two, did I get a surprise. My call was received by a vey nice person who then placed me with a very nice person. I then got the what i thought was the old 2 or 3 week appt. thing. The lady let me know that a tech. was on his way. In about 25 min. Jonathon arrived and went to work and then said that a new water heater was on the way, soon as he said that Gary arrived and work moved up to the speed of light. Work was finished in record time. I have never seen any company that lived up to their right away service pledge. I do belong to the AC-Heat program. On a scale of 1 to 100 , 100 is highest rec. that i can think of right now. I will stay WITH AIR COMFORT FOREVER and i will spread the word that you are the only company to look to for expert care. Your men and women can not be beat.

I called Air Comfort Solutions to look at replacing my heating/air conditioning unit as the heating unit at my residence had broken down. The Air Comfort Advisor Gary was exceptionally prompt in responding to my call. He was also exceptionally knowledgeable in determining my needs. He gave me options and explained each one so that I could make an educated decision on the option that best suited my needs. He helped me every step of the way, even with helping out with financing options. The best part of my decision to use Air Comfort Solutions was they were about half the cost of a previous competitor I had called and provided many more services for that cost as well. The technicians showed up at my home early the next day, they were very professional & knowledgeable as well but also extremely friendly and informative. In less than 24 hours from start to finish they have one completely satisfied customer. I can't say enough good things about this wonderful company.

My air conditioner has been maintained twice a year by ACS technicians for about nine years. Every employee has been courteous, prompt, and professional in their work. Thank you for this service. It seems the men really like working for their company.

I write this review in praise of the crew who installed two new heater/coil/duct installations in my house yesterday, ending a long nightmare after the original system became contaminated with mold. I am one happy camper at this point.

Murat, Bobby, Justin, and Kenton are all consummate professionals. They were amazingly fast but sure in their work, completing the whole job in about six hours. Best of all, they installed everything correctly, knowing HOW to do it right as well as WHY to do it right. They produced what I wanted, as I wanted it, and all with most excellent professional courtesy. They were a pleasure to be around.

They exhibit great and well-deserved pride in their work. I'll go out on a limb to say that, whatever they are being paid, it isn't enough. They are the spark plugs that make a service business work well.

My new Carrier furnaces are astounding. They are so whisper-quiet that I don't notice them coming on unless I listen carefully for it. They produce a gentle heat such that the house is never cold waiting for heat nor hot while it's blasting out.

Many thanks also to Ernie Chandler, who approached this problem from an engineering viewpoint, as I do. Astoundingly, I called him one morning, talked with him in person a half hour later, and the whole job was done the next day. It was our ability to communicate with each other to diagnose and solve the problem that won Air Comfort Solutions the job.
