Very unprofessional and lousey services. I had to get another company to solve the problem that I hired and paid Fox Valley sewer service inc. to do.

This company does bad business and does NOT stand behind their services. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

These guys are good at what they do... Friendly and down to earth. Use them consistently for getting rid of tree roots in our heavily wooded area. Have referred them to others with great ease because they are good at what they do!

The guy that showed up at my home was totally un professional. In the way he talked and the way he spoke in front of a women. No respect not even tried to find appropriate words. He talked and talked and talked. Making the job he was doing seem even longer than it should of taken. Then when the job was over her assured us that we wouldn't have the problem again and later that evening we did. Never again! The only reason why they got one star is because the sent someone out right away.

Came out to clean out drain coming from house to street. Lines were packed with roots really bad. They worked very hard for 3 hours to clean lines. I would recommend them and would call them again if needed. Thanks Fox Valley Sewer.
