        As I was just sitting in your waiting room waiting for a family member to finish their appointment with one of your doctors, an elderly man came in complaining of chest pains. About 30 minutes later, a woman (not sure if she was a doctor or nurse) named Lisa, came to the doorway of the waiting room talking very loudly (I was on the complete opposite side of the waiting room and could hear every word she was saying) and rudely to this man. She continued to talk to him in the door way and never took him back so they could talk privately and not give the rest of the waiting room a show. She continues to chastise this man about why he came here and did not go to the ER (which I understand he should have- but no professional should ever talk to someone the way she was.) and then when he explains that the pain that he was having was different from a pain he had had before- she started acting and talking as if he were lying. Now, I'm sure this is not normally how your office conducts business- but this lady was one of the most unprofessional people in the medical profession that I have ever experienced. I hope something will be done about this. Thank you.
