LL Flooring

Bought $5000 worth of flooring and when the installer went to lay the floor he had some concern of the quality.He asked for my approval ,or lack there of,and we decided to return for different floor.When I talked to the manager he tried to say the cracks and splits were normal. The attitude from him alone was the reason my business whent elsewhere. My installer will start putting in my floor next week and I agree with the first review the two employees I dealt with were ok the manager was a used car salesman.

They hire good talking "used car salesmen" people. After you order and they get your money, you don't exist to them. And don't try to contact main office, just as slimy.

I personally would not recommend anyone to order from Lumber Liquidators. I went into the Montgomery store placed an order, paid $1000.00 deposit to order supplies and had the estimate done for installation. I was told it would be 2 weeks and then a month b4 it came back. Needless to say I still have not received it and no one can give me a legitimate reason as to why. On three seperate occasions, I was offered to take something other than what I ordered that looked nothing like my selection. I am utterly disgusted with Lumber Liquidators and would suggest that you make sure that the product is actually available and accessible before ordering. I am seeking a refund immediately
