had a squirrel problem. he said we'll trap them, no problem. over a couple of weeks, only caught one out of the 8 or 10 causing problems. removed one trap after catching the one. said we had too many acorns, so they didn't care about the bait. had no back up plan or special secret bait. cut a limb he said they were using to get to the house and plugged a hole they were using to get into our attic. the plug was a huge conglomeration of hardware cloth and what looked like bubble wrap. very ugly and unprofessional looking. will have to pay someone to remove it. don't fool with this guy.
