        Overall

        I've used Chastain Heating & Air for several years now. The service has always been prompt and friendly. The techs are knowledgeable and honest. I never have to wonder if I'm spending more than I really need to.

        Overall

        Called for service for my A/C. Was told they would call back. 3 hours later still haven't heard back so I called again and was told someone would be out at 12:00. At 12:00 I was called and told they couldn't come at that time.
