Capital Auto Locksmith

I called someone to come unlock my car at 12 pm and it was going on 5 pm and nobody had showed up yet so I just called another locksmith. And in response to the owner that is acting like I’m leaving a false review. I was never given a quoted time frame that someone was supposed to come out. I was just told it would be awhile and yall didn’t call me back three times that day. Y’all called me once. Then you proceeded to call me the next day but I didn’t respond because your services were no longer needed. I literally have the call log in my phone. I have better things to do then leave bad reviews for companies. I will never contact this company again and I would never recommend anyone to them. My comment keeps getting deleted for some reason.

After a rather unfortunate event that left our dog locked in our car and no keys to drive with even after the vehicle was unlocked, Capital Auto Locksmith really came through for us in a dire situation. I will not forget them, their timely and efficient work, OR their willingness to go above the "call of duty". I am truly thankful for this company and for the fantastic service they provided!

Answered phone call first time (never heard back from locksmiths I left message with). He was there as he said and communicated with us all along the way. He had residential door unlocked within minutes and was extremely professional. This was on a Saturday and his price was very reasonable. Pleasure to work with and will be the only locksmith we ever call! Thank you for making a stressful situation stress free!

They were quick and fast. And very honest about what they could do. Reasonable pricing. And come to site. No waiting. If ever in need I will definitely use again.
