        The Geek Squad had a little trouble diagnosing the problem with my e-mail, but never seemed annoyed or tried to pass the responsibility. They were professionals. Bottom line is they were able to deduce where the error was lurking and got it resolved completely. I am well aware that service rarely is totally free. I felt that the staff realisically assesed the situation and I was charged the least amount possible. Based on my experiece, I would certainly return to Best Buy.

        I have been doing business with Best Buy in Montgomery, AL since it opened. I have never had a good experience with this store. When it comes to owning up to their end of their warranties, they are completely and totally inept. Bar none the worst consumer electronics purchasing experience that you could ever have. Avoid at all costs.
