Metal Specialties

I hired Metal Specialties to complete interior and exterior railings for my mother's house. It was a safety issue but needed to match her home. I got three estimates their price was competitive. The owner came out and gave me some ideas for design, which I liked. He drew 3 options right there on the spot for me to consider.
I did have to wait 6 weeks, they told me up front, but it was a long wait. They installed almost exactly at the 6 week mark. The office called and let me know when they would be there installing. The rails were exactly what I wanted, the price was what they quoted, no hidden extras, which I have had with other construction projects. The guys who came to my moms house to put the rails in were very nice. Overall it was a really good experience. The biggest issue was the time it took, but it ended up being worth the wait. I'm glad I went with them.
