Well, the phone numbers do not seem to work to contact them. So this is just probably a business that does upgrades to your home then disappears! We needed help and not one phone number works anymore.

NuQuest installed a new HVAC system, new windows, tankless water heater and insulation for our home. They were very courteous and professional. We were also impressed with the quality of their work. We even had a small issue with our AC afterwards, but they came out and resolved it. We are very happy with their work and customer service. I highly recommend them.

I did a major upgrade on my and on my parents' house recently. The whole experience was easy and worry free. Corey McDaniel was our Contractor. He came to my house and set down with us for couple hours, explained every little detail. He was very knowledgeable, polite and highly professional. Besides that he is just an amazing human been! Throughout the project he was always available to talk/text to answer any questions we had.

We did the whole house Energy Upgrade for you and you parents. We made our both houses save money on utilities and so much more comfortable to live in. I'm so thankful to be a part of the EUC program as well as reap the benefits that they provided.

All the workers and installers was amazing, from the start to the finish. They cleaned up after themselves and did a great job. I highly recommend Nuquest Industries and Mr. Corey McDaniel for the professionalism and time they took to take care of everything, make sure my need was meet, and do exactly what they promised in the end.

Worked with Charlie B. from NuQuest on an Energy Upgrade California project. It ended up being significantly less expensive than we thought it would be due to the significant rebates we received from SoCal Gas, and we're grateful to Charlie for being forthright and honest about the cost that goes into it--and for being extremely diligent about the paperwork so we didn't have to be. It took exactly the amount of time they said it was going to take, and the whole process was rather painless. Don't be afraid to negotiate--they're willing to do that! NuQuest has been stellar and easygoing, never pushing us too hard, being flexible with our financing options, and going above and beyond to make sure we had all the appropriate information, got our paperwork in smoothly, and upgraded our house in a sleek, well-thought-out process with complete transparency.

Our house is warmer, our water heats up faster, we use less energy, and we'll able to sell our home for a higher price now. Best of all, NuQuest deals with the permit office SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO. In Pasadena, this is a BIG. DEAL. It was such a relief to have Charlie take care of everything and they were constantly following up with us so that we didn't have to stay on their tails--and they are very kind about not pestering you too much to do marketing for them.

All in all, fantastic service, a wonderful company, and extremely smooth processing (what a relief!). Thank you, Charlie and NuQuest, for making our lives a little easier and our home a little comfier--and helping out the environment while you're at it.

I recently signed up for Energy Upgrade California and Nuquest to do an assesment on my home. They showed me where my house had some inefficiencies and provided me options to resolve these problems. They said the upgrades would save me money on my utility bills and make my home more comfortable, so I decided to take a big step forward and upgrade my home. I had all the insulation done along with a new heating and air conditioning system put in. I was impressed with the workers and management from Nuquest for the whole process. All my expectations were met and Corey Mcdaniel was there to assist me always. He told me to wait and see how well the project would turn out in the end and he was correct, I feel a big difference in my home and I would recommend Nuquest to anyone.

So this is my preliminary review with how awesome they are. Charlie Bontempo is an awesome guy and provided a lot of insight on what the project would entail and worked with us on finding the right balance.

We'll be getting a green home at the end. I will update this as the project continues.

Financing through the Benji program to delay payment with a year without interest. Just gotta get it all paid off in the year. Will update on that too.

I am leaving this review for Nuquest because I recieved almost double the amount of money for the incentive that I was promised when I signed up to upgrade my house. We couldnt believe it but it was a very pleasant surprise. Corey was a very nice young man that came back to our home a couple times to make sure everything was going well and that we were happy. All the workers was clean and polite, we made a good choice and everything turned out well. Thank you Nuquest

NuQuest was the contractor for our HEIP project, which included the removal of old asbestos-contaminated attic insulation and ductwork. They replaced and installed new ducts and high-quality insulation in the ceiling and also under the floors. Because of my high sensitivity to heat, they were able to accommodate a several-month's delay of the project until the hot weather subsided, and they handled a couple of small glitches professionally and courteously. Everyone we came in contact with during the removal and installation was also courteous and respectful of our space. I highly recommend this company as well as their subcontractor, Fresh Air, which handled the asbestos removal.

NuQuest came to our house and did an energy efficient upgrade that surprisingly did a lot more than we thought it would. Not only did it lower the cost of our utility bills, it significantly changed the temperatures in our house much more than we thought it would. Going through the Energy Upgrade California program really worked out for us and the consultant really spent the time to answers all of our questions and concerns every time we called him throughout the process of the entire project. I recommend Nuquest and Corey to anyone looking for a professional high quality company.

They have a very good team to work with me on my home energy upgrade project. Corey McDaniel is the project lead on our residential house. He is responsible and professional in explaining the project need with me and coordinate with the field team for me with tide schedule we have. When we have questions or requests, he is always available to answer questions or pass along message to have the field team to solve any issues. I will recommend the team and Corey if anyone wants to do their home energy upgrade.

Very professional company that did a good job and more importantly, they did what they said they would do. I had the attic and walls insulated as well as the health and safety issues taken care of. They cleaned up after themselves and I am a very happy customer. I felt very comfortable with all the installers and crew, Corey McDaniel went out of his way to keep me informed and help ensure everything was taken care of.

Undertaking a construction project on our home is a little scary, but our experience with NuQuest was exceptional. The work was performed on time, and when they were done everything was neat and clean. They were in constant communication with us through the whole process. We are very happy with the results of the work and are happy to recommend NuQuest.

Overall this has been a great company to help my husband and I make our home more energy efficient, however i'm having an issue with getting them to fix the stucco and paint on the exterior of my house. For the wall insulation, they drilled about 100 holes in the exterior walls. Now they are having a hard time matching the stucco and paint. Kenny said we would not be able to tell, but I sure can. They've sent 4 different painters, and they can't get it right. Now Art won't re turn my calls, and I'm getting a little frustrated with him. Joel has been very helpful, I just don't want to see holes in the side of my house!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nuquest was the answer to all our problems relating to the improvements for the cooling and heating of our home. Their professionalism was unmatched during all the stages of the project. Their workers were all outstanding individuals and highly knowledgable. They were always efficient, on time and went out of their way to clean up any mess they created. I want to thank Kenny Torres for his time and expertise with the Energy Upgrade California Program. He was excellent in explaining the Program's energy savings and financial benefits. He represented NuQuest Industries well and I am looking forward to a more environmentally friendlier home and reduced utility bills once the energy upgrades are completed.

I requested that he meet with me a second time to discuss finance options with the HERO Program and he did not hesitate to do so. His response was quick and professional. I really appreciated the outstanding service he provided.

When it comes to construction companies, I can't recommend NuQuest enough. I typically do most construction work at my house myself; however, I was interested in having a free assessment to see what they'd say about some of the work I'd already done. What I ended up with was a detailed report that told me where I needed improvements, where things were already good and what safety issues I had. I ended up getting attic insulation, wall insulation and a water heater. They recommended that I wait on getting solar until I saw the results of their work, because the energy savings from these would minimize the number of solar panels I would need and could save me a lot of money. They were courteous, clean and quick to respond to any questions I had. At the end of it all my house was much more comfortable and I received a rebate from the utilities because they were a part of the Energy Upgrade California program. If you want a truly professional company, I highly recommend using NuQuest.

I was skeptical but unlike other home improvement companies that extolled the value of new products, NuQuest offered to test my home and provide me with a free assessment to show me if my house could become more energy efficient. They did not just eyeball my house, though they did that too and showed me photos of my attic, duct work, and even the crawl space under my house. They ran lots of tests and made several suggestions. I opted for a tankless water heater, insulation in the walls, under hardwood floors. Workers came and went, always careful and respectful, and always cleaning up behind themselves. I was amazed by the wall insulation process: mid morning I had multiple holes in my interior walls, by mid afternoon the insulation was blown in and holes patched and painted with perfectly matched paint. When they left you could not tell that anything had happened. They handled all paperwork efficiently, arranged for inspections, and got me a great rebate too! I recommend them highly.

I recently had some work performed by Nuquest. I can't express how satisfied and happy we are with the results. We are now seeing the positive effects financially and with the environment.



The Nuquest team is knowledgeable and was on top of things from beginning to the end.
