COIT Cleaning and Restoration of Los Angeles

Jose did an outstanding job on my tile. He was on time and cleaned up after he was done. I will use COIT again!

I am reviewing because I don't want anyone else to fall for Coit's bad service and false guarantee. It started out with the estimator adding at least 40 more s.f. to my estimate which I discovered when I asked the cleaner to re-measure. This would've cost me over a $100 more. The cleaners were friendly and worked hard, but, did not do a complete job by cleaning the floors around the edges where dirt was plain to see . I had to ask them to complete some of it before they left. I then realized they hadn't sealed the work around the edges so I called the cleaner and the company to find out if ANY of the floor was sealed. I left one message for the cleaner and then I was told three different times by Coit company that they would call back . I told them I was concerned that they were not honoring their 100% Guarantee and all I wanted to know is if the floor was sealed. NO RETURN CALL after calling 4 times to the cleaner and Coit. THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR GUARANTEE, DO NOT USE THEM
