The employees at this salon have no idea how to run a buisness or how to properly treat customers. Making appointments mean nothing to these people and will take any walk in at any time ahead of customers that make appointments. I make appointments because I have better things to do with my time than to sit for hours and wait unlike most of the customers that go there. The employees also act like you are bothering them and they don't evan have the sense to greet customers when they walk in the door. If they are so unhappy maybe they should look into another profession. They are plenty of salons in the area that treat customers the way they should be treated!

They act like they don't speak English when you want them to fix something but they knew how to get the money in the end.

My pedicure was fast and not done correctly and the polish job he did looked like a child did it.

My full set was thick and wide and I will not go there again. They are very conveniently located for me so I wish they could do nails half decent but they can't.

I do not recommend this place on Golden Mile Hwy.
