I would not purchase another stove from this company. They do not service what they sell. No one else will service a stove you bought from another dealer. So if it breaks fix it yourself if you can figure out what is wrong with it! 3k to 4k hunk of iron that is useless. And this was the owner I was dealing with. Never wrote a review about anyone before , find someone that will service what they sell.
I paid $400 for a new blower and cleaning. They said my old blower was just dirty. I was going to sell my old blower, but could not when I discovered that they had taken it. I left 2 voicemails and sent 1 email and no response. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They are unresponsive to customer concerns.
