Absolutely superior service; I ended up using Dave twice in four months -- the first house didn't work out, but I made sure I called him when I found the second house. Both times, Dave was prompt, professional, very clear in his expression and very thorough in his work. He even gave me a discount on the second inspection because the first house didn't work out for me. Can't recommend him too highly.
