        Overall

        I terminated terminex because they came out when I asked them not to on several occasions, performed partial service and billed me. I spoke to the manager of the Monroe office and was assured I would not be billed, now I get a final collections letter, called them, called collections office and corporate office and all I got was their voice mails, this should tell you something about a company where no one answers the phone.
