Elite Concrete & Hardscapes

After assisting clients of mine (I am a realtor) in getting quotes from various landscaping companies and general contractors, my clients chose Elite. They needed to improve drainage on the exterior of their home and level uneven areas in their lawn. Elite gave a very fair price, showed up when they said they would and completed the job in a timely manor. The clients were satisfied and I'm glad I was able to assist in the referral. I will continue to refer this company in the future!

Stay away from this guy if he is still in business (currently not answering office or cell phone). I run an irrigation/lawn care/ landscape lighting business in the South Hills of Pittsburgh. We work with roughly twenty REPUTABLE landscapers in the area. These landscapers contact us when they have issues that they cannot resolve (usually sprinklers). We work as subcontractors and bill the landscapers for the work performed. Getting paid from the landscapers in never an issue.

This clown from Elite contacted me in June of 2012. A nursing home facility that he maintained was having issues with Toro sprinkler control valves. He asked that we make the repairs and bill him directly for the work. I initially balked because I did not know him (and never heard of him). I did decide to send a technician to make the repairs. Two trips to the facility and the replacement of two valves totalled $270. As of today, he has not paid us for the work and will not return phone calls. Countless attempts have been made to contact him.



I realize that I am not a consumer that has contracted this company to do work. However, this guy blatantly ripped us off and I think that speaks volumes about his lack of character. Unforturnately a large percentage of contractors in the landscape/concrete industry behave just like this guy does. So be careful!
