When our AC quit working, another (highly recommended!) company cited a Freon leak due to age and said it was time for us to get a new unit...a $5k investment! They added some Freon (to the tune of $275) to buy us some time, but it didn't work. We called Moncks Corner H&A for a second opinion, and they came out the same day--at 8pm--and found a dirty/clogged coil. Once it was cleaned, they discovered we had way too much Freon, which they removed, and the system is working wonderfully again. All for $88. They were friendly, professional, and saved us from making a costly mistake. We'll call them every time we need HVAC work. Can't recommend them enough!

highly recommended...professional, courteous, fairly priced, timely, went out of their way to help on one of the coldest days of the year I had a pipe burst & they even tried to help/advise where they could on that even tho they didn't have to...good guys.
