        Been dealing with frank for 20+ years great person and great crew... Forget the bad feedback not true at all... Probably just another tire shop just jealous of him... A+++ service

        This is for Frank. I don't recommend you for your great service. You had the best prices on car tires in the area but you put the wrong size lug nuts on my alloy rim and even had to force them on with pneumatic tools, embedding the nuts completely into my rim damaging the wheel. Making it impossible for me to ever change my tire in case of a flat or accident. Your staff were very friendly and helpful but you were not. Being a disabled senior citizen I even had to get out of my car. Frank came out and basically called me a liar, he said his shop never did the tire service even though I had the receipt in my hand. Frank eventually replaced the lug nuts but did nothing about the damage to my rim. Now that's quality and affordable service no disabled senior needs! Thank you Frank!

        I did not tell her we wouldn't work on her car. I told her we would never change the stock lug nuts. I told her she had a different wheel and her son jumped out of the car and verbally harassed me. I had to call 911 so she would take her son home. I had her come back to the shop and replaced the lug nuts at no charge to her. We did not damage the wheel; the wheel was damaged before it came in to the shop due to her son trying to change the tire. We have been here since 1952 and this is only the second complaint we have ever had. We are sorry this lady is unhappy with me, I apologize for any inconvenience but I feel I took care of the situation in the best way that I could have.
