        We purchased 5 DVR from them on Sep 2015. Two of DVR lost the data. Third DVR freeze every month. Their service is worst of all. Say, the owner, keeps missing scheduled appointments and he did not call or explain why. They offer 3 years of warranty, but it's useless when their DVR is not reliable and they don't show up to support them. Their response time is at least one week or more. When we tried to contact them, they don't answer the phone or e-mail for several days. They don't care about their customer and service. I can not find anything good about this company.
