Immediate Care of the South

Not only do I have TRICARE PRIME, but I am also a disabled veteran with 20 years service. I have been going here well over 5 years. The care I receive has been nothing short of outstanding -- it's the reason I use them for all of my urgent care needs! There have been numerous occasions where I have needed to be treated with IV fluids and medications and their staff was so responsive to my needs!
I have never, never had an issue with billing or insurance coverage.
Simply the best! The gold standard of urgent care!

I love the employees and the doctors. I have been there for minor illness and more serious ones. The facility is spotless, hours are long and they get you in and out quick. I can’t say enough good things about them, they even call you later to see how you are doing!

So disappointed that this place no longer sees veterans and their deoendents who have tricare prime on an urgent care basis. Was talked down to, not given any assistance with alternatives and never asked what was wrong with me. Never treated so badly. They do not meet the standards they speak of in their phone on hold recording! Veterans go somewhere else!!!!!

I have used this group of ER docs on multiple occasions. Dr Dawood is in the group and a favorite to me. all staff gives prompt attention. very pleased. also give FLU shots!
