The representative who answered the phone was courteous and knowledgeable. She was very professional. The gentlemen were very helpful too in that they always leave the garbage cans upright and out of the street. Thank you for your assistance.

I was on orders out of town with the military and forgot to pay my bill until I returned home(yes my fault). I was two payments behind and was ready to send in payment to settle up until I saw my backyard. They had went in my backyard and dumped all the trash that was in the can out on the lawn before they took the can. This is the most unprofessional act from a "business" I have seen in a long time. No knock on the door, no heads up or anything. I hope the coward that did that doesn't work there much longer because he just lost them a lot of business. I'm thinking of sending the pictures to the news and I'm defiantly reporting them to the BBB. There are other ways to handle it.
