All pricing is discussed upfront and agreed upon. We warranty labor 30 days. Parts are based on manufacturer. Normally a year. Our Chimney Sweep & Inspection service covers your firebox, refractory panels, damper, smoke shelf, flue all the way up to your cap. The cleaning service takes typically 1 hour based on the level of soot build-up. All soot and ash are vacuumed out and removed. Drop cloths protect carpet."
