Parkway Dental

I went to this office for the first time at the end of May 2008. I had an exam, cleaning with flouride and x-rays. My dental insurance, which I've had for 10+ years, covers that at 100%. When I finished my appointment the front desk demanded $41. The very next day my wife went back to the office to get a refund and the manager gave her an invoice copy for the refund of $41 to be processed from their accounting office in Dallas. I have to keep calling to find out where my refund is. Three weeks has passed and I am now told that only $14 has been refunded that was mailed on June 9th. I have not received it! It is now June 17th. This morning I was told that the remaining $27 might be mailed out next Monday. That would be amazing because I haven't even received the first check yet. I am extremely frustrated and am warning you "DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME - NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE" I will never go here again and will NEVER refer anyone to this office!!!
