Honestly it’s the worst experience I ever had in my entire life dealing with unprofessional staff like that , we are first responders , we had a very busy shift and we stopped by this tire place since front tire need balance so one of the guys walked up to us and directed us to pull up in the ambulance without even trying to listen to me and he put the jack right away and lifted the ambulance to remove the tire and when I asked him what he is doing he said he want to remove the tire and I said you guys didn’t even tell me how much it will cost and he said it’s 55$ to do one tire balance ..that’s a rip off then he can barley speak English and he said talk to the boss and I walked up to his boss to ask him the same thing how much for one tire balance and he said 55$ I mean I never heard of that in my life ...then when I asked him why is it too much he turn his back and walked away from me ignoring me even though we were still on the ambulance not done with the shift ..He didn’t realize that we were concern about our safety and the safety of the patients since tire had a problem and we were close to this tire shop in stafford Texas and they didn’t even try to apologize to us for being mistreated like that ..that added more stress on us and we had to leave the place praying nothing would happen ..I had a friend also had bad experience with the same place when he was buying a brand new tire and he paid them for brand tire later on he found out the tire was used after someone inspected the tire but the owner was such a liar to tell him it was new when it wasn’t ...why these type of people still in business..please guys don’t buy tires from this place or u will be scammed .

I went to get a USED TIRE (235/75R15).

I was quoted $90.00

This is as much as a brand new tire.

I felt like I was being ROBBED !!!

AFTER DOING BUSINESS MANY YEARS I WILL NEVER GO BACK EVER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
